A: Its default size is 0.9*0.9*0.9 inch, and the height of the ice can be adjusted from 0.7-1 inch.

Q: Is this product NSF certificated?

A: Yes, it is certificated by Intertek cooperation under the ETL sanitation NSF 7:2016 standard.

Is the bin cooled to maintain the ice? Or does the ice melt and just keep getting replenished?

A: The bin is not cooled. There is a drain at the bottom for water to drain out. The insulation prevents quick melting and can keep the ice from melting for 24 hours.

Q: Is it 120V?

A: Yes, it can be used with 110v-120V power supply.
